I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2014 and I trained with the Karam Kriya school in London. Kundalini Yoga has given me the mental, physical and spiritual balance to look within and stop searching for external happiness. Through my yoga, I have found peace and calm within myself and have established a toolkit to deal with the challenges of our time.
Kundalini Yoga has supported me through sobriety, emotional growth, healing relationships, building confidence and managing anxiety. Sharing this technology and supporting others in their journey is my purpose.
