Sound Healing does not imply a cure it is about bringing the body, mind, emotions and subtle energies of the body back into balance of all levels. When a crystal singing bowl is played it creates a vibration that is not only heard but felt. The sound penetrates deep into our cells helping the body to completely relax.
There is nothing for you to do but lie back and let the soothing tones wash over you. The experience is deeply relaxing and restorative is particularly effective for anyone who suffers from stress, anxiety or insomnia.
I also offer one-to-one sessions working with Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. These unique sessions are deeply relaxing and tailored to your individual needs.
Sacred Cacao is a wonderful connector and facilitator and I will hold a safe space for you to connect with this beautiful plant medicine. Combining sound, movement and breathe work allowing you to connect to the wisdom of your body and reconnect to your higher self.
I use Keith's Cacao which is 100% Ceremonial Grade Guatemalan Cacao and completed "The Power of Cacao from Person Practice to Ceremony" which Keith's team in May 2020.
